Get brighter skin in less than 2weeks

Brighter skin in less than 2 weeks

We all long for a healthy glowing younger looking skin. No matter how much l loved and wished for healthy glowing youthful skin, l have suffered a lot due to my skin problem condition. l have a serious skin problem in such a way that at times my skin burns inside out, l`m allergic to rain and hot weather conditions. My other skin problem is that if l work too hard, I will also feel pain from my bones.

One day l went to a pharmacy and explained my problem to him. He recommended that l use epiderm cream, l only used it for two days but due to my problematic skin, my condition got worse then l did some research and l found out that it is really dangerous. Then l had severe acne, dull skin, itchy, burning and aging skin.
Then one day all my problems where a thing of the past when someone told me about obey your body brightening peeling gel. This peeling gel exfoliates and deeply cleanses in order to promote natural skin renewal. It removes oil residues, unclog pores and helps prevent built up dead and dry skin cells on the skin surface. It features a rare combination of skin regenerating Dead Sea Minerals and non irritating, moisture enhancing gluconolactone to give the skin a youthful, healthy, fresh appearance. It is all natural and all their products are actual beneficial for the skin and even after l ran out of my one year supply, no harm was done to my skin now l have even skin tone.
I will be getting my one year supply soon.
This is how you use it, you must use it once a week and always the same day as you started using it for effective results but if you forget to use it on a particular day no problem you can always switch days like l did.

Below are my results for less than two weeks:

And these are my current results, l haven’t used my facial peel for 3months now and my skin is still in its flawless. With or without makeup l still feel like a million bucks.

Relaxer Burnt Scalp Treatment

Relaxer Burnt Scalp Treatment

After you have burnt your scalp with a relaxer, you must wash your scalp with cold water as it cools off the scalp and affected pores.

Gently apply an antiseptic cream onto burnt areas. These affected areas will form scabs, but not to worry as these will fall away with the use of antiseptic cream.
After falling off make sure you apply a soothing/moisturizing oil to help heal your scalp and return it to its original form. (e.g vatika almond oil) this will moisturize and condition your  scalp.

This treatment is for mild burn, if you have severe burns please see a doctor.

HOW TO CALCULATE PAYBACK PERIOD & APPROXIMATE RATES OF RETURN. OF A PROJECT

HOW AN INCREASE IN THE DISCOUNT RATE AFFECT THE NET PRESENT VALUE OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT.

Q: How an increase in the discount rate affect the net present value of an investment project, holding other parameters as constants?

A: The discount rate is equal to the firms cost of capital. The higher the cost of capital, the more expensive the investment and the lower the present value of expected future cash flows. Subsequently, an increase in the discount rate will result in a decline in the net present value.

HOW AN INCREASE IN THE USEFUL LIFE OF THE INVESTMENT AFFECTS NET PRESENT VALUE.

Q: Explain how an increase in the useful life of the investment will affect the net present value, holding all other parameters as constants?

A: The present value of the expected future net cash flows is equal to the sum of all individual cash flows for each period, discounted at the required rate of return. An increase in the useful life of the investment keeping the discount rate and initial investments unchanged, will result in an increase in the net present value of the investment.

How a decline in the initial investment affects Net Present Value.

Q: Explain how a decline in the initial investment will affect the net present value, holding all other parameters as constants?

A: When calculating the net present value, the initial investment is subtracted from the present value of the future expected net cash flows. Therefore, a decrease in the initial investment will cause a rise in the net present value.

INTERNAL RATE OF RETURN AND NET PRESENT VALUE

The formula for calculation NPV is
NPV=∑_(k=1)^n▒〖 ck/((1+r)^k )〗 -I
Where ck is cash flows
              R is discount rate
K is the number of years
              I is the initial investment
Question
Consider the two projects A and B whose cash flows are shown in the table below:
Project A Project B
        Initial investment
        10 000 15 000
Year Cash inflows
1 3 000 4 200
2 3 000 4 200
3 3 000 4 200
4 3 000 4 200
5 3 000 4200

Determine the internal rate of return (IRRs) for the two projects and the net present values (NPVs) at a discount rate of 5% per annum. Show that the IRR and NPV figures yield different recommendations. (Hint use a financial calculator to calculate IRR). (6 MARKS)

Solution
Tip: The first part is to read and understand the question then highlight important terms.
NPV
NPV=∑_(k=1)^n▒〖 ck/((1+r)^k )〗 –I
NPV_A = (3 000)/((1+0.05)) + (3 000)/((1+0.05)^2 ) + (3 000)/((1+0.05)^3 ) + (3 000)/((1+0.05)^4 ) + (3 000)/((1+0.05)^5 ) – 10 000
           =2 988.43
NPV_B=(4 200)/((1+0.05)) + (4 200)/((1+0.05)^2 ) + (4 200)/((1+0.05)^3 ) + (4 200)/((1+0.05)^4 ) + (4 200)/((1+0.05)^5 )  -15 000
          = 3 183.80
IRR
I〖RR〗_A=15.2%
I〖RR〗_B=12.4%
This is how you enter IRR in your financial calculator:
Reset your calculator and memory first.
〖IRR〗_A= Key operation 3 000(x,y) 5(data)
         =display –data set:cf 1:00
=press (on) then (2nd) (cash) (2nd) (CA) (Comp)
         =  answer 15.24= 15.2%
Recommendations: the net present values shows that project B will be a good investment whereas the internal rate of return shows that project A is good. Therefore the two financial indicators yield different recommendations.

MAXIMUM MOISTURE RETENTION|NATURAL HAIR

It`s very important to manage our kinky natural hair. No hair is too difficult to handle only if you know how to manage your beautiful curly hair.

How to know if you must retain moisture to kinky natural hair?
It`s very important to know when you should retain moisture to your dry hair, as you know that applying too much products can cause build up which can cause breakage. Here are signs that your hair needs moisture retention:
Ø Dry  hair/hard to touch
Ø Irritated/Painful or itchy scalp
Ø Too much tangles

How to retain moisture

Step 1: Steaming|Water spray
Hair steaming or just using a water spray.
Process: section your hair into four sections and start spraying your hair from your roots massage and spray the body and ends as needed.

Step 2: Moisturize
Now the next step is to moisturize your hair, in this case my favorite moisturizing lotion is (Mega Growth lotion). This also does restore softness and my hair natural shine.
Process: apply moisturizer from bottom up to your ends, get a wide tooth comb    (afro comb) and detangle your hair from your end to yours roots and repeat the same process on the other sections.

Step3: Sealing
After moisturizing your hair is very important to seal in the moisture,  in this case l prefer to use (Blue Magic conditioner|anti-breakage formula)
Process: apply sealer from  ends working my way down to roots and repeat the same process on the other sections.

Step 4: Hot oil scalp treatment
Soothe the scalp to stop the irritation and increase blood flow in this case l prefer (silk touch hair grower oil).

Process: Place your oil container in warm water and let it sit for 4-5 minutes, apply direct to your scalp. Massage for a minute and style as desired.
